Peninsular Malaysia:

Typically 1~2 days flat rate of RM8.00 per order regardless of how many items you wish to purchase.

East Malaysia:

Typically 2~4 days starting at RM12.00, please contact our sales team for precise quote.

(Some large volume / heavy weight will have additional charges to Sabah / Sarawak.)

International:

Super saver: 8~20 days

Economy: 3~7 days

Priority express: 1~4 days

International orders will be shipped via UPS International / EMS. International transit time is typically 3-20 business days. We are currently shipping only to select countries in Australia, Indonesia, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan. • For in stock item, we ship out on the same day if order and payment are received before 1.00pm Malaysia time. Courier company normally takes 1-4 days to make delivery to the address. Big Bear Nutrition will inform customer with courier tracking number once a product is shipped.

• If your shipping address is to special destinations such as Langkawi, Free Trade Zones and etc., separate shipping charges apply.

• Please contact Big Bear Nutrition if you did not receive your parcel within 5 days after shipped. Big Bear Nutrition is not responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from shipped date.You will receive an email from us if there is an unforeseen delay that may cause your order to arrive later than the selected shipping time. Please note that all transit times are listed in business days.

• For orders out of Peninsular Malaysia, please check on the local regulations and procedures of the Customs and DCA, BPFK, or FDA. Should your products require any clearance, brokering, or documentations we are not responsible or liable for it. 

Our current fill rate for orders placed before 1:00PM GST is 98.3%. (last updated 30/05/11) Almost all remaining orders ship out on the following business day. You will receive an email from us if there is an unforeseen delay that may cause your order to arrive later than the selected shipping time. Please note that all transit times are listed in business days. 

Return Policy

Big Bear Nutrition reserves the rights to accept or reject the returning of a product.

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you may return the product for a refund within 14 days of purchase. We can give you refund or an in store credit towards new items in most cases. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original and return shipping charges. We can not accept returns or exchanges on the items that you receive resulting from this return. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost of the during the return shipping. 

Buyer must inform Big Bear Nutrition at sales@bigbearnutrition within 14 days of the SHIPPED DATE of the product if return is desired. You must contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to shipping your return. We reserve the right to refuse RMA's if our return policy is being abused.

For approved returning, the returned product must be in its original unopened and resell-able condition. 

Restocking Fee: Unless the product returned is manufacturing defects without its seals opened, a restocking fee of 20% + Shipping Charges (RM8 or actual shipping charges, whichever is higher) may be charged.

(Restocking Fee applies on both refund and in store credit scenarios.)

If you were shipped the wrong product in error, you may return the product at our expense for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges.

Time Within Which Claims Must Be Brought
